*All requirements by DOB must be met prior to pulling the permit (i.e.: TR1 signatures, contractor's insurance is up to date, etc). If any of the requirements are not met and permit cannot be pulled, then same or next day offer does not apply and additional fees may apply. All requests must be made before 11:00AM and signed contract must be submitted before permit is pulled. Any request after 11AM will be processed on the next business day. All Manhattan and Bronx permits will be processed next business day only. NYC Agency fees not included.
